The Jetair Core reverse jet cartridge dust collector is suitable for systems with medium to large air volume requirements. The Unit is compact in design ensuring valuable production space can be maximised. It achieves this by using 200mm diameter cartridge filters which, when compared with a bag filter, offer larger filter areas. This makes the unit highly versatile enabling it, with appropriate filter media, to be suitable for a variety of applications in various industries.
This dust filter unit, If handling an explosive dust type, can be supplied with anti- static features and explosive protection in compliance with the ATEX regulations and best practice.

- Constructed from robust mild steel finished in paint suitable for its environment or stainless steel (as an option)
- Offers filter areas between 50 to 400m²
- Integral primary separation chamber to handle dusts with a wide particle sizes distribution
- Clean change design allows cartridge to be removed from outside the filter housing
- Reverse jet cleaning to enable continuous “online” cleaning to ensure effective extraction is maintained during production
- High efficiency fans
- Collection bin(s) complete with quick release mechanism and option for bin liner
- Option for differential pressure cleaning controller to reduce compressed air usage
- ATEX compliant versions with anti-static features and explosion protection are available
