Our spray booths are manufactured from prime quality 18 SWG (1.2mm) galvanised sheet steel and are of bolted construction with a smooth interior surface to facilitate easy cleaning. At the rear of the booth are two rows of disposable paper pleat filters, each consisting of two sheets of heavy paper with corrugations of unequal size. Each sheet is joined at the corrugations with rows of perforations staggered relative to each other to give a tortuous path for the air. The result is that the sticky paint particles adhere to the paper, allowing only clean air to be discharged.
